The Merchant Square Christmas Craft & Design Fair is back for the second year in a row, giving Christmas shoppers the chance to swap the hustle and bustle of the city centre for a relaxing afternoon browsing beautiful handmade gifts by some of the city’s very best crafters including Shindigg, The Cake Emporium and Simone Wood.
Starting on the 16th of December (yesterda) and running daily through to Christmas Eve (perfect for last minute shoppers!), the Merchant Square Christmas Crafters are armed with plenty of unique gift ideas for all the family from handmade bath and beauty products, delicious cupcakes and contemporary jewellery through to stunning photography, original prints and quirky hand-drawn cards.
With its beautiful 20ft Christmas tree and twinkling canopy of fairy lights illuminating the courtyard, Merchant Square is the perfect place to enjoy a festive day out browsing the stalls. Located in the heart of Merchant City, Merchant Square is a hub of stylish independent bars and restaurants all under one roof including Boudoir Wine Bar, Metropolitan, Arisaig, Fanelli’s, Beer Café, Mercado, Bar Square and Mercado.
The Christmas Craft Fair is on from Monday 16th December to Tuesday 24th December. It’s open from 12pm to 7pm weekdays, 11am to 6pm on Saturday, and 12pm to 6pm on Sunday.
